CoStar Group have confirmed that the acquisition of the Sainsbury's Foodstore investment in Wakefield by Cooper Rose Real Estate on behalf of private clients was the largest investment transaction recorded in Yorkshire during 2017.
The property was acquired for a price of around £40,000,000.
