Sammy Rose

Sammy has worked with Giles and Ben at Cooper Rose since 2012. She works predominantly from Manchester, but spends a significant amount of time in London.

Sammy works on both the investment and occupational sides of the business, assisting Ben with the Calendar Club instruction.

Sammy was born and lives in Manchester. She studied at Aberystwyth University, graduating in 2006, and more recently undertook a Masters degree via the College of Estate Management at Reading University.

Sammy qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in April 2015.

Giles Cooper

Giles established Cooper Rose Real Estate with Ben in 2012. He specialises in providing advice on the acquisition and sale of retail investments in the UK.

Giles was previously a Director in The Retail Capital Markets team at Jones Lang LaSalle in London, where he was head of High Street Retail Investment.

Prior to this he was a Director in the Retail Investment team at market leaders Churston Heard in London, before their takeover by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008.

Giles has advised a large proportion of the UK institutions over the past 15 years on acquisitions and sales of high street retail and shopping centre investments ranging from £250,000 to £100,000,000 across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Giles grew up in Sheffield, Yorkshire and studied Land Management at Reading University, along with Ben, graduating in 1997.

He lives in Wandsworth, South-West London and is married with two children.

Ben Rose

Ben established Cooper Rose Real Estate with Giles in 2012. He specialises in providing advice on the acquisition and sale of investments across all sectors in the UK, together with providing asset management advice.

He is also retained by the global retailer Calendar Club to acquire units across the UK on an annual basis.

Ben previously successfully traded as Benjamin Rose Property Investment for ten years from June 2002. Prior to this he was a surveyor at both retail specialist Oliver Liggins and Dunlop Heywood.

Over the last 15 years, Ben has advised predominantly private investors and property companies on investment acquisitions across all sectors, particularly retail, in the UK.

Ben hails from Manchester and studied Land Management at Reading University, graduating in 1997.

Ben is based in London and but also spends time in Manchester.
